How to Navigate Through Healing You 101

We finally come to the realization that healing is a personal journey. Prior to this realization, we may search everywhere looking for that perfect person to heal us. We turn to drugs hoping they will take our pain away. And one day, we come to a great understanding that the only one who can heal me is me, and in the end, I must face my own pain.

People can help us heal; they can teach us and guide us through our healing journey. Pills can assist in the process; however, we heal when we are healthy enough to forgive, which in turn transforms our negative states of energy into love. And in order to get to this wonderful place called love, there is much work to be done.

Healing You 101 is a compilation of those steps as I have learned them throughout many, many years of healing me and helping my family, friends and clients to heal them "selves" as well. Healing You 101 is an opportunity to share the information I have learned with you.

It is not meant to take the place of any medical treatments you deem necessary for your own personal healing journey. It is meant to give you information that you may not have been able to find anywhere else. If the moment moves you, simply click on the topics above that interest you and begin a new journey back to healing you.

  1. Your knowledge is empowering. I have a question regarding nonfat DRY milk. Does it feed yeast in the body? After gaining control of yeast in the body can a person return to eating a healthy balance of good foods, or will the body be over sensitive to anything yeast forming from this day forward? After being sick for quite some time and too much medication, I found my body not being able to rid itself of Thrush.I just want to live a healthy and balamced once again the way the body is meant to respond to nourishment.

  2. Non-fat dry milk can definitely feed yeast in the 5th and 6th chakra mucus membranes so because you are experiencing thrush (5th chakra mucus membranes) avoid it. Its not worth taking the chance. Try opening an acidophilus capsule and swishing with it for a few minutes before swallowing. You can also try swishing and gargling with sea salt and baking soda which helps to balance the pH in the mouth. Yeast does not like balanced pH. I believe yeast cannot live in a body that digest properly, so making sure your foods are exceptionally healthy and simple to digests helps the issue. And no, I don't think the body is sensitive from this day forward; it is simply demanding our attention to details at that moment and asking us to change our patterns of behaviors. I hope I answered your question.

  9. hi! thank you for the facebook post on the truth about cancer- a global quest. It is making me 'sick' to realize the systemic duplicity of a few men all for the sake of 'money' and 'power' and 'control'
We seem to be damaging our waters, polluting the air we breathe, ruining the earth and food and herbs we eat. Oh, are there enough wise people like you to guide us?
    Am quite disturbed.
    Thank you for your posts.
